Bio:

Born in a farm community on earth, James Pepper was the second son of a poor farmer. He worked hard, harder than his older brother, and he was strong willed with a good set of values, better than his brothers, but often no amount of work or collection of good traits outshines a fathers preference for his first born. After graduation his options for future employment were limited. Knowing his brother would inherit the families small farm and small home Pepper did what second born sons have done for thousands of year, he enlisted.

In his boot camp class he quickly became squad leader of one of the most motivated, best performing squads in history of the corp. His squad was one of the rare groups who never had anyone fail out or quit. His leadership drove all the recruits to perform at their best. His MOS experience at infantry school was just as spectacular and so he was quickly moved into Mil. Intel.

Most of M.G.C. Pepper’s career has been exemplary. There has been 3 instances where Pepper was accused by superiors of insubordination. Further review of all those instances have led to many charges (including human rights violations, violations of code of conduct, and violations of excessive force among others) against and involving the accusing superior officers. Pepper seems unable to take an order which he views as morally wrong.

Pepper is constantly up for early promotion and has 3 times been the youngest person to attain the new rank he’s achieved. It is believed, had it not been for the placements in the units in which he fell afoul of the unscrupulous commanders Pepper would have been the fastest advancing NCO ever.

Since being moved to the elite division tasked with pirate hunting based on REDACTED it seems that Pepper has found a perfect position for himself. He’s been decorated several times since his transfer and his officers report he is thriving. He has longest served with REDACTED as his direct commander, and REDACTED repeatedly suggest his presence on any mission he is assigned. Lower ranking enlisted all report a great affinity and loyalty to Pepper and pirates have come to fear him and his unit.

Pepper is an exemplary soldier and he is formally and happily submitted for consideration for transfer to the Special Unit on the Omaha Beach.
